Sandra Carol Tolzmann

Sandy (Dahms) Tolzmann, age 61, of Winnebago, MN, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 4, 2018 after a brief battle with cancer at United Hospital District in Blue Earth, MN.  Sandy was born on May 12, 1956 to Elmer and Ramona (Armstrong) Dahms in Winnebago, MN.  She graduated from the Winnebago High School in 1974.  Sandy attended cosmetology school in Fairmont to become a hair stylist.  After finishing cosmetology school, Sandy began working at Fern’s Beauty Shop in Winnebago.  She also worked for several years at Windings in Winnebago.  Sandy married Ronald Tolzmann after she graduated from high school.  They then settled down to raise a family in Winnebago. Sandy loved to go canoeing, play cribbage, and other games with her family and friends.  She especially loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and friends. Sandy is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald and nephew, Todd Owen. Sandy is survived by her four children, Aaron (Abby) Tolzmann, Audra (Matthew) Thomas, David Tolzmann, Danielle (Dustin) Every; 8 grandchildren; parents, Elmer and Ramona Dahms; brother, Randy (Yolanda) Dahms; sister, Charlene (Bruce) Bartels and many other loving relatives and friends.
