Loren Lee Vosberg, Sr.

Loren Vosberg, Sr., age 74 of Winnebago, passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at Seasons Healthcare of Trimont.
 A memorial visitation will be held Friday, October 21, 2022 from 5-7PM at Spencer-Owen Funeral Home. A prayer service will be held at 7pm. Online condolences can be left at www.spencerowen.com.
Loren was born on May 3, 1948 in Westbrook to Lester and Doris (Eng) Vosberg. He attended Westbrook schools and went on to attend vocational school in Pipestone. Loren worked as a butcher for most of his life. He worked in Blue Earth for several years and then at Jack & Jill's in Winnebago. On October 31, 1980, Loren married Marilyn Busswitz.
Loren enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He liked the outdoors and camping with his family. He loved anything John Deere.
Those left to cherish his memory is his wife, Marilyn of Winnebago; daughters, Renae Emkes of Montevideo, Leslie Blanchard of Newport, Malinda Busswitz of Slayton, and Crystal Vosberg of Winnebago; siblings, Denise (Duane) Eichner and Marlin (Donna) Vosberg; 9 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild; as well as many other extended family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brother, Vern Vosberg, and his son, Loren Jr. in 2021.
