Cecelia Marie Hippert

Cecelia M. Hippert, age 66, of Blue Earth, died Sunday, October 8, 2017, at Truman Senior Living. Memorial services will be held on Friday, October 13, 2017, at 1:30 PM, at Spencer Owen Funeral Home in Winnebago, with Fr. Peter Klein officiating.  Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Winnebago.  Visitation time will be from 1 hour before the service at Spencer Owen Funeral Home, 345 6th Ave SE in Winnebago.  Web tributes may be left at www.spencerowen.com She was born January 18, 1951, at Madelia, MN, the daughter of Lloyd and Theresa (Rubel) Volk. Lloyd was her biological dad but she was raised by Robert (stepfather) and her mother Teresa McMullen Cecelia is survived by her son, Joe Hippert of Saint James, brothers, Larry (Barb) McMullen of Madelia, Doug (Charlotte) McMullen of New Bern, NC, Bill (Jeanie) McMullen of Madelia, sisters, Janice (John) Keech of Saint  James, Joyce (Richard) Eineke of Saint James, Rozann (Rich) Stripling of Florida Keys, FL, Cathy (Allan) Breitbarth of Truman, granddaughters, Nikole Roe, Jessica Roe, great-grandsons, Jaminson Dietrich, and Elijah Dallman. Cecelia was preceded in death by her parents, nephews, Eric McMullen, and Dustin Striping.
