James "Jim" Sherwood Scott

James S. Scott November 8, 2010 Winnebago James “Jim” S. Scott, age 71, died on Monday, November 08, 2010, at his residence in Winnebago. Graveside Services will be held on Thursday, November 11, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Riverside Cemetery, Winnebago with Rev. Vic Vriesen officiating. Spencer-Owen Funeral Home in Winnebago is assisting the family with arrangements. Jim was born at Austin, Minnesota on May 23, 1939, the son of Carl and Mayme (Downs) Scott. Jim moved to Winnebago at a young age. He graduated from Winnebago High School in 1957 he worked at Scotts Auto Salvage in Winnebago for many years. Jim is survived by many family members including his son, James Carl Scott and his wife Kate, and their children Julia and Ben all of Waterville, Maine. Jim was preceded in death by his parents and 3 brothers.
