James "Jim" Floyd Robertson

James F. Robertson Winnebago August 11, 2010 James “Jim” Robertson age 79, of Winnebago, died on Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at the Fairmont Medical Center, Fairmont. Memorial Services will be held on Friday, August 20, 2010 at 2:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church in Winnebago with Rev. Michael Roys officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 19, 2010 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Spencer-Owen Funeral Home in Winnebago and continuing one hour prior to services at the church on Friday. Jim Robertson was born at Winnebago, Minnesota on March 7, 1931 the son of Floyd and Clara (Kuenle). Jim served on the Faribault County SWCD for 30 years and was a life long member of the First Presbyterian Church in Winnebago. Jim had a passion for farming and loved the land. Many will remember stopping by the Winnebago Dairy Queen for an ice cream cone and a friendly visit with Jim. James is survived by his wife, Pat Robertson of Winnebago; daughter, Susan Robertson of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; son, Scott (Mae) Robertson of Winnebago; grandson, Jake (Jessica Schonborn) Robertson of Winnebago; granddaughter, Kirsten Robertson of Eagan; sister, Lois (Bob) Wegner of Elmore; twin brother, Jack (Diana) Robertson of Winnebago; brother, Bill (Mary) Robertson of Holland, Michigan; cousin, Don (Patti) Robertson of Northfield. James was preceded in death by his parents, and son, Michael Robertson.
