Jennie Marsh Winnebago April 29, 2010 Jennie Marsh, age 54 of Winnebago, died on Thursday, April 29, 2010 at Abbott Northwestern Hospital, Minneapolis. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at 11:00AM at the 1st United Methodist Church in Winnebago with Rev. Victoria Ashley officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Winnebago. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 PM on Monday, May 3, 2010 at Spencer-Owen Funeral Home in Winnebago and continuing one hour prior to services at the church on Tuesday. www.spencerowen.com Jennie was born on November 18, 1955 at Charlotte, North Carolina to Duane and Ellen (Richardson) Marsh. Jennie moved to Winnebago at a young age where she was then raised and educated. She graduated from Winnebago High School in 1974. After graduation she raised her four children in the Winnebago area. In 1982 Jennie started at the nursing program at South Central Technical College in Mankato, graduating in 1986. Jennie worked at Seneca and Toney Downs as a supervisor for many years. Jennie is survived by her parents, Ellen and Duane Marsh of Winnebago; sons, Justin (Tiffany) Ratcliffe of Granada; Lucas (Heather) Ratcliffe of Fairmont; Thomas Ratcilffe of Trimont; daughter, Bobbie (Ed) Connelly of Trimont; sisters, Jolene (Dennis) Lewis of Winnebago; Jerrie (Dale) Sorgatz of Delavan; Ellie Tayler of Bosie, Iowa; uncle, Bill Richardson; aunt, Emily Winklman; grandchildren, Makenzie, Jacob, Emily, Riley, Natalee, Joey, and Sadie. Jennie is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Jennie was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents, and younger brother, Johnny.
