Jonathan Robert Wagner Gilbert, Arizona April 12, 2010 Jonathan Wagner age 43, of Gilbert, Arizona formerly of the Winnebago Huntley area, died on Monday, April 12, 2010 at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. Memorial Services will be held on Friday, April 23, 2010 at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Winnebago at 11:00 AM with Rev. Ronald Jobe officiating. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery, Winnebago. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 22, 2010 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Spencer-Owen Funeral Home in Winnebago and continuing one hour prior to services at the church on Friday. www.spencerowen.com Jon was born on September 21, 1966 at Fairmont, Minnesota, the son of Robert and Carolyn (Miller) Wagner. Jon attended school at Granada Huntley, graduating in 1985. After High School he attended Vocational Technical School in Mankato. He worked at Tow Brothers, Loveall Construction, Ames Construction and Skanska Construction. In 2000 he moved down to Arizona. On October 29, 2003 Jon married Nanci Willard Lane. The two enjoyed fixing up their home, and spending time with friends and family, Jon also enjoyed golfing. Jon is survived by: his mother, Carolyn Wagner of Huntley; wife, Nanci Wagner of Gilbert, AZ; and her children Derek (Tracy) Lane, Dustin (Nadia) Lane, their children Mateja and Manning Lane; grandmother, Helen Miller; sister, Sarah (Raymond) Barrett of Orange, CA; and their children Adam and Alena Barrett; brother, Matthew (Jill) Wagner of Luverne; and their children, Christina, Elizabeth, Benjamin, and Andrew Wagner; Brother-in-law Dick (Rene) Willard; nephew, Josh Willard; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Jon was preceded in death by his grandparents, Henry and Esther Wagner, and Harold Miller; and father, Robert Wagner The Wagner family would like to express their thanks and appreciation to the circle of friends who hosted and attended the benefit.
