Winnebago February 3, 2010 Everald Prescher Everald Winifred Prescher, age 89, of Winnebago, formerly of Delavan, died Wednesday, February 3, 2010, at Parker Oaks, Winnebago. Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 8, 2010, at 10:30 AM, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Emerald Township, with Rev. Wes Hafner officiating. Burial will be in Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, Emerald Township. Visitation will be at Spencer Owen Funeral Home, Winnebago on Sunday, February 7, 2010 from 1:00 to 4:00 PM and continuing one hour prior to services at the church on Monday. www.spencerowen.com Everald was born September 20, 1920, at Lura Township, the daughter of Clifford O. and Margaret (Moore) Wood. She was raised and educated in the Delavan area graduating from Delavan High School in 1938. She married Arnold Frederick Prescher of Delavan on December 25, 1941 at Yuma, AZ. They lived in San Diego, CA for almost 2 years before returning to Delavan, where they began farming. She and Arnold spent several years down south in the winter months. Everald was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church Ladies Aid. She did a lot of sewing for her family and her favorite things to do were spending time in the garden and hardanger. She loved spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband, Arnold of Winnebago; daughters, Lynn Cole of Burnsville; Cheryl (Kenneth) Claude of Delavan; son, Paul (Ruth) Prescher of Delavan; 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and sister Phyllis (Howard) Haase of Blue Earth. She was preceded in death by her parents.
