Lynn Marshall Wallace

Lynn Marshall Wallace, age 80, of Delavan, MN, passed away on December 13, 2016 in Madelia, MN. A Memorial Service will be held at 2PM on Thursday, December 29 at Spencer-Owen Funeral Home in Winnebago, MN with Rev. Daren Barnett presiding. Visitation will be held from 5-7PM Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at Faith Lutheran Church in Madelia, MN and one hour prior to the service at the Funeral Home. Burial will be at Rice Lake Cemetery in Delavan, MN. Online condolences may be left at www.spencerowen.com. Lynn was born on January 29, 1936 in Winnebago, MN to Stanley and Meryl Wallace. He graduated from Delavan High School. Lynn enlisted in the U.S. Airforce in 1955 and served until 1963. On February 6, 1967, Lynn married Mildred Wolf in Las Vegas, NV. Lynn held many jobs over the course of his life. He went to school for HVAC repair and spent many years working in maintenance and repair. In his free time, Lynn enjoyed music, airplanes, cooking, and woodworking. Lynn is preceded in death by his wife, Mildred; daughter, Teresa Block; brothers, Stanton, Winton, Miles, Curtis, Roger; and sisters, Jean Haase and Mona McDonald. Lynn is survived by his daughters, Linda (Todd) Stevensen of Madelia, MN, Tamara (Joe) Fahnhorst of Invergrove Heights, Sheila Zeck of Flagstaff, AZ, Nicole (Tom) Strusz of Panama City, FL; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; brother, Neal (Evelyn) of Vernon Center, MN; sister-in-Law, Arlis Wallace of Waterville, MN; and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
