William "Bill" Eugene Osborn

WILLIAM EUGENE OSBORN, age 85, of Winnebago, died Wednesday, July 13, 2016, at his home. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 19, 2016, at 11:00 AM, at First Baptist Church in Winnebago, with Rev. Jerry Springston & Rev. Thomas Butler officiating. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery, Winnebago. Visitation time will be from 5:00pm-8:00pm Monday, July 18, 2016, at Spencer Owen Funeral Home, 345 6th Ave SE in Winnebago, and 1 hour before the service at the church. He graduated from Winnebago High School in 1950, and in 1952 he entered the United States Army during the Korean War. On August 13, 1954 he married Evelyn Darlene Beck together they had 6 children. On June 28, 2002 he married Edith K. Bickell. He is survived by his wife, Edith Osborn of Winnebago, son, Bob (Julie) Osborn of Winnebago, son, Doug (Lisa) Osborn of Winnebago, son, Gary "Buzz" (Amanda Johnson) Osborn of Winnebago, daughter, Cheryl Arndt of Blue Earth, daughter, Janet Gilreath of Winnebago, brother, Clair Schmidt of Winnebago, sister, Jaunita Hopp of Winnebago, sister, Carrie (Brian) Jacobsen of Winnebago, 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, step-son, David (Mara) Sellner of Owatonna, step-daughter Kathy (Tim) McMann of Owatonna, 5 step-grandchildren, and 10 step-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Evelyn, son, Larry, parents, John and Opal, brothers, Walter, Richard Wayne, Lewis, Ronald, and daughter-in-law, Jodie Osborn.
