Edna Larson

Edna Larson 88 of Winnebago passed away Friday, December 2, 2011 at her home. As per her wishes cremation has taken place, and a private family service will be held at a later date. She was born August 10, 1923 in Raymond, MN the daughter of Philip & Susie Digman. The family moved to Winnebago in 1925 where she attended school and graduated from Winnebago High School in 1942. On June 12, 1943 she married Henry Wallace in Adrian, MN; on July 4, 1944 Wallace was killed in the service. On January 5, 1952 she married Byron Larson. Together they farmed near Huntley, moving back to Winnebago in 1986. She is survived by son Charles Larson, 3 granddaughters, 6 great-grandchildren, brother James Digman. She was preceded in death by husband, daughter Carol Hammond, parents, brothers Milo Digman, Francis Digman, sisters Margaret Acord, and Marcella Howe.
